Description

The Villa is within a complex of similar properties. What sets this apart from the others is its location. There are very few steps leading up to the villa compared to other villas.

This property is disinfected prior to your arrival.

It has a vast uninterrupted views of the club, mar Menor and med. It surrounded by a large grass lawn to the back. Then to top it all, it is close to the pool. Very central, peaceful location, the villa has a very well equipped kitchen, fantastic views, one of the of the most reasonable priced restaurants is only 250 meters from the villa.

This is a very well equipped villa, making eating in the new eating out, sea views, beach, swimming pool, balcony and roof terrace, you have it all. It has a large area of grass directly in front of it, which is only shared by only another 5 villas. It is not overlooked and it is in a very peaceful location, which gets the sun all day.

It has a community swimming Pool, which is one of the best in the La Manga Club, again its the prefect position not to close to be disturbed by it, but close enough i.e. a 3 minute walk away from it. The Pool also has one of the best restaurants for lunch in club overlooking the Pool. Many properties are nestled in the hills, so walking to them can be difficult in the heat or on heals!

This is the first villa you come to on this particular community within the club, so has easy access from the carpark.

“Beautiful place.”

Visited last October with 2 friends. Apartment is beautifully clean & tidy. Only 30 yards from the pool area and fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend.
