Description
The stunning and spacious Algaba style villa is South facing & situated front line overlooking the 18th green. We purchased the villa in October 2014 and the villa has been refurbished and furnished to a very high and contemporary standard. A private good sized pool retiled Feb 2023 , Jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers. We have a heated pool which can be booked at an additional amount .Also outside there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining and relax watching the sun set with great views. In addition March 2023 we have added some retractable shade canopies giving options in the large outdoor seating area plus at the end of the terrace. The villa has a home from home feel and has everything you would expect including WIFI and satellite TV. The exclusive El Valle resort built by Polaris World is a low build density under 10% with 640 villas and apartments. The resort has a 18 hole championship " desert style " golf course. The resort is gated with security to add to your safety. Access to Murcia city just 20 mins , from January 2019 the new Murcia Corvera airport is just 10 mins and the nearest beach 20 mins away. Because of the location of the villa to the clubhouse , golf course and supermarket you could get away without the need for a car and if you need to venture out of the resort use a taxi. The villa is family friendly and you will feel very relaxed. We want guests to feel as we do as comfortable as possible with a home from home feel. There is a gym, tennis court ,paddle tennis and boule court within 2 mins walk from the villa . In addition in the clubhouse there is a specialist reflexology and massage options services from Vivien.

“Great luxury space”

“Luxury 5 star villa in El Valle”
The villa is beautiful inside and out and provides 5 star luxury. We have stayed at this villa many times as love its location on the 18th hole and close proximity to the grocery shop and club house. Since our last stay, the villa has been upgraded with new contemporary outdoor furniture and new indoor sofas which are fabulous. We enjoyed outside dining with the new upgraded BBQ. The golf course is immaculate, offering challenging golf with beautiful views. There are many wonderful places to explore within 15-20 minutes drive. The villa is a great sanctuary to eat, drink, swim and relax after a day out. Thank you Tania and Joe. We look forward to our next holiday.

“2022 Golf Trip”
I have come here every year since 2018 for our golf trip. Villa is always beautifully clean and tidy. Very spacious with all the mod cons you would need. It’s a stone throw away from the clubhouse and supermarket and an ideal location. Joe who owns the villa is a pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t recommend it more. Fantastic place, see you in 2023 ⛳️

“LOVED IT! You’ll hate your own house after this holiday!”
It felt like home from the second we stepped foot inside. The perfect holiday! And amazing patio with everything you’d need and lots of space to hang out. if too hot just jump in the pool or go lay inside in the air conditioning. Would highly recommend!

“A Perfect Family Holiday in a Fantastic 5* Villa”
Amatista 22 at El Valle is the perfect location for a relaxed family holiday. The villa, and its facilities, are fantastic, and the inside and outside space makes it very easy for people to find their own space, while providing areas that are great for family meals etc. The bedroom sizes are good, and the bathroom/bedroom ratio is just what you need when you have large groups. The swimming pool is just the right size, and the outside BBQ makes a great place to cook and talk en masse. There is always plenty of hot water and the aircon is good. Its location, next to the 18th green, makes for easy access to El Valle Clubhouse, with its very welcoming restaurant and bar. Another minutes' walk and you are at a Spar mini-market, which has a surprisingly large selection of foods, drinks, veg and household products. El Valle is just a few minutes drive from a selection of classic Spanish family restaurants, while the inland sea of Mar Menor, the provincial city of Murcia, and the larger shops of Cartagena are all within 30 minutes drive or so. The easy access from Murcia Airport is also a pleasure. In short, Amatista 22 is 5* holidaying made exceptionally easy; made more so by the hosts clear commitment to you enjoying yourselves. I cannot recommend this villa too highly.

“Excellent ”
The villa, host & management have been fantastic! Cannot fault anything. Having rearranged several times due to covid the owner happily honoured the pricing and dates to suit us. The villa has everything you need, beautiful spacious rooms, fully equipped. Located close to the club house. Wouldn’t hesitate booking again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Great villa”
Lovely villa with lots of space and in a great location to the clubhouse and on site shop. Would definitely recommend for either a group of golfers or a big family get together. Excellent communication from owner Joe too.
