Description

Your first steps into this beautiful interior designed private villa with fabulous vaulted ceiling and marble floors throughout will take your breath away. Triple French doors lead out to a private swimming pool overlooking the 14th fairway and tranquil lake. Inside there are 3 large bedrooms(1 en suite with bath and shower) as well as a second shower room. Everything you need for a perfect holiday.

As guests of our, you are entitled to play golf on all the Polaris World courses. The El Valle Course is a short walk from the villa but other local world class golf courses can be booked via the golf shop.

To ensure your stay is comfortable there Air Conditioning throughout the villa with Central Heating for the cooler months. We also offer Free Wi-Fi access

Free 'Meet and Greet 'service before 9pm where you will be met at the resort entrance and escorted to the villa. Airport Transfers can be arranged at an extra cost. Linen and towels and pool towels are provided within the cleaning fee. ( a mid week linen and towel change can be arranged )Safety deposit box provided free of charge Discounted golf fees for guests by prior arrangement.

LIVING AREA For your entertainment we have provided a plasma television with British and International channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Need to get out of the sun for a bit? There is a selection of board games and children's toys in the villa for you to enjoy. There is fully integrated air conditioning throughout the villa and gas central heating for those few winter cooler months.In the dining area you will find a modern dining suite with leather chairs seating 6 people

KITCHEN: The fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances including oven, modern ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and dishwasher coffee machine and an American style fridge freezer with an ice and chilled water dispenser. Leading from the kitchen there is the separate utility area including the washer/dryer. There's even an iron & ironing board should you need them.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS: The luxurious master bedroom suite has a double bed with an en-suite marble bathroom with twin basins, WC & Bidet. The bedroom has three, double shuttered French doors that open out onto the pool and terrace area, ideal to jump out of bed and straight into the pool for an early morning dip! There are 2 further spacious double bedrooms with 2 single beds. These rooms are served by a separate shower room with its own WC, bidet and power shower. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating for the few cooler months. With the pure mountain air and tranquil surroundings and you're sure to get a great night sleep.

OUTSIDE ENTERTAININGThere are 3 outside eating areas for your alfresco dining; a convenient breakfast area to catch the morning sun, a conservatory area with a built in brick BBQ, ceiling fans and relaxing chairs providing the perfect setting for a lazy lunch or laid back evening and finally a dining table under a covered terrace. We even provide unbreakable glassware and dining set for your safety. The villa has PRIVATE pool You also have the use of 3 communal pools on the resort.

PARKING - Our Villa has its own private drive with a separate car port for ample parking. PLAY AREA - The children's play area is just down the road from the villa so they can have a game of football to tire them out before bed! We have also provided toys and games for the children and plastic cutlery, high chair, steps to reach the sink etc.

We would recommend hiring a car to get around and visit places but if you prefer to relax and lounge around the pool, we can arrange airport pick ups too.

We have a brilliant property manager, Vicki, who will meet you at the villa, hand over the keys and show you around. She will be on hand during your stay and you can book welcome packs, hire golf clubs, bicycles, high chairs, etc. directly through her and will be given her contact details when booking with us. She also offers airport transfers for up to 4 people. We will send you a property brochure when you book with all contact details, directions and things to do in the area.

The villa was very clean and well looked after in a quiet road on a nice estate. We found the aspect pleasant and the golf resort as a location fine for our needs. The house and outside space was ideal for my disabled fellow travellers, who are unsteady when walking about. The house is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Our only negative was a lack of outside cushions for the sun beds, and had there been 6 instead of 3 of us, a lack of beds per se. It was an ideal spot for us. We had a car and went out for half days. If you didn't and were happy to stay on the resort the club house is nice - inexpensive with friendly staff and the shop is well equipped and also inexpensive given its captive audience.

How do damage deposits work?

If Carolyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
