Description

This villa have undergone an extensive refurbishment in 2019. We are delighted with the results which are depicted in the recently taken pictures. Fabulous!

The villa is totally private and fitted with all modern day appliances. There are also various solarium's on different levels for socialising, entertaining etc. The villa is ideal for a one or two family holiday as the property splits into a fully equipped luxurious pool side apartment sleeping 4 and a house in the upper two floors sleeping 6.

The villa is 10 mins drive from an excellent collection of blue flag beaches.

An excellent 18 hole golf course is 2 minutes drive away. Also excellent quality beauty treatments can be arranged at reasonable prices for the ladies.

A/port pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates.

As we have never had problems with any guests during the five years we have had the villa we like to keep rules and conditions to a minimum and let common sense prevail.

The villa is extremely well maintained with all modern appliances. There is an overwhelming feel of space in and around the villa. 10 people in this villa would not feel on top of eachother.

Notwithstanding the above many of our repeat customers are families consisting of four or five people who enjoy the space and the excellent value for money this holiday offers.

The groundfloor comprises a totally self contained poolside apartment with the main villa above

The villa is built on three levels overlooking a private pool area that is the size of a small hotel. Please see the attached photos.

The villa also benefits from outstanding rural views to the mountains given its prime position on the development.

Local amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car hire etc are all walking distance away.

“Amazing villa”

Just got back from spending a fantastic week in this villa, everything you could wish for, clean, spacious and the views, AMAZING! The villa has been refurbished since the last time we went to a very high standard, the owner Shaun and the angent Tracy are at the end of the phone anytime which was so comforting to know as me and my friend had took our sons for a holiday. We didn't need a car we could walk to all restaurants, and supermarkets. Anybody who stays in this villa will not be disappointed, cant wait to go back in 5 weeks time.
