Description
Solognote authentic house, fully restored in 2015, with all the comfort, character furniture and decoration charme.Classé **** by Ministry of Tourism in 2016. The absolute independence and relax in a natural setting. It includes a living room-stay with fireplace and library, a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances of quality in 2015, bedroom (140 bed) with bathroom and toilet with washbasin on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large room cathedral of 23 m² (160), a room with 2 beds of 90 children / teenagers and a bathroom with tub / shower and toilet completely redone in 2015. Located in the countryside, on enclosed grounds with trees 2300 m², but still close to shops (10 minutes). Garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis, bowls and mountain bikes free of charge. Beds made and linens provided, firewood and electricity included. Walk and fishing possible on private property owners on the edge. Possible accommodation of your horse. Close to the Chateaux of the Loire and the Beauval Zoo.
