This beautiful apartment has everything that you need for a perfect holiday.

The very big swimmingpool is free to use for our guests.

The building is in the middle of the town and everything is on walking distance.

In the apartment you have access to:

Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Kitchen with ceramic hob. Large fridge freezer, microwave, washmachine, 2 persoons kingsize bed. 2x Air conditioning. 3x Ceilingfan, Safe. Big balcony with ceilingfan, Big TV, eatingbar with 2 chairs and many many more..

There is also a sauna. Wireless internet on demand. 24 hour security. maid service on request. Laundry service.

All guest have to pay a deposit on arrival.
for short time rentals we ask 3000 Baht and for long time rental (more then 14 days) we ask 5000 Baht.
You will get this back at your depart minus the costs of your use from electricty 6 Baht/kWh, water 45 Baht/m3, laundry bedlinen and towels 275 Baht and endcleaning 225 Baht for a single apartment and 500 Baht for a double size apartment.
Internet we can deliver on request for 500 Baht/month.
As you see these amounts are very low in Thailand.

Response from the owner I'm sorry but sometimes cockroaches can fligh in through the window. This is Thailand and can happen. I only can guaranty there are no cockroaches inside when you come in. We rent the internet ourself and have to pay it by month also. In the high season we can share it between more people but in the low season I have to buy for a month too for helping you 10 days. Off course you don't have to take this offer and can try to find a cheaper way but the 500 Baht/month for 40 mB speed internet is cheap. It's always more expensive when you stay a short time. At the end of everybody's holiday we have to clean the apartment and laundry all the bedlinen and towels. It's the same work if you stay 1 day or 2 months. For people who rent only 1 day i will be more expensive. We only read the meters and you paid the same as we have to pay without any profit for anybody. All depends how you use the aircon. Some people put it on 18 degrees and let it run day and night. That why we have to charge the electric always extra.
