Resting peacefully in a valley within the private development, this secluded villa opens onto a lush hillside, offering the perfect location for couples or families. The tasteful décor encourages a relaxed environment, particularly in the spacious living areas that flow out into the tropical surroundings.
The harmony created by the soft blues in this 4 bedroom villa blend with the serenity of the infinity edge swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens. The outside is complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and an integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing a second dining table seating 8 and a BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.
With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa to relax on, complimented by cream and blue soft furnishings.
For entertainment, there is a bluetooth speaker system provided.
Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodating a maximum of 9 people. The master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool.
Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, and bedroom 3 has twin 3.5' single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and sliding doors opening onto the sun deck, and they share a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has its own en-suite bathroom and large queen/single bunk bed, with a queen size bed below and a single bed above, ideal for 3 guests.
In the large living room, with ample seating on a huge leather sofa, you can relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV. Alternatively, you can dine on delicious Thai food at the 10-seater dining room table. The open plan, fully-fitted Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need. The living room opens directly onto the swimming pool, and looks at nothing but open space and green trees.
