Description
This generous villa, situated at the heart of this prestigious development, is colourfully decorated in Thai fabrics and artwork to compliment the solid wooden furniture and minimalist design. The warm internal colours reflect the Asian feel while taking in the beautiful open views across the valley and down towards the coast. Offering several areas inside and outside to gather, this villa is the perfect residence for enjoying time in Thailand.
The expanse of this villa can be seen throughout the 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 19 people. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind, with two living areas, a spacious balcony and outside sala, and an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with feature sun bathing platform and integral Jacuzzi.
The various living areas and outside space are complimented by a large games room, complete with pool table, dart board and gym equipment offering even more variety to the entertainment available.
Finally, a fully-fitted Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, gives any residents the opportunity to prepare meals.
Accommodation is comprised of 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds and 8 singles (bunk bed formation); 2 further single beds and one room with a queen bed and single bunk bed above, therefore comfortably accommodating 19 people.
Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering the queen bed with a single bunk bed above, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.
The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king-size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king-size bed and a single bed, ideal for a child wanting to share with parents. Bedroom 6 has two sets of bunk beds, so again ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 is ideal for staff or extra guests with three beds: one set of bunk beds and a single bed, with en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor also boasts the unique further accommodation of a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV combined with a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained.
Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player (with a selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, as well as a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the 180 degree open valley views across Nai Harn.
The fully-fitted Western-style kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
