Description

Located within the prestigious development of Baan Sawan, part way up a hill, the villa is accessed by a steep sporting driveway of winding concrete. The driveway, however, is more than compensated for by the unrivalled 180 degree views over the Andaman Sea. Although perfectly safe, the driveway does require you to use first gear and concentrate when driving up. The villa is a 5–6 minute drive from Nai Harn beach, and a vehicle is recommended to access near-by shops and restaurants.

Located above the enchanting enclave of Nai Harn Village, this luxurious villa is the perfect space for those seeking total privacy and optimum comfort. The opulent surroundings and 180 degree sea and sunrise views are beyond comparison. It combines the spirit of contemporary tropical living with the practical elegance of European design and technology.

On arrival at the villa, the view is stunning. The spacious living room, infinity-edge swimming pool, sun deck and outside dining table, as well as the Western-style kitchen and four large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, offer a serene environment for a larger group or two families desiring pure luxury.

Outside there are beautifully landscaped gardens, a two car garage adjacent to the villa and a stylish lily pond to complete the tranquility.

With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional teak furniture, which is both stylish and comfortable. The beautiful Thai ornaments and silks complete the feeling of luxury and enhance your enjoyment of your time in paradise.

Accommodation is comprised of five bedrooms split on two levels, all with en-suite bathrooms and roomy showers, two of which also have Jacuzzi baths. There is an additional standalone cloakroom including only a toilet and wash basin. The villa readily accommodates 15 people, with four of the five bedrooms having sliding doors that open onto private balconies, allowing you to fully appreciation the fantastic sea views. Three of these bedrooms offer king-sized beds, and one offers two large single beds (3.5'). The fifth bedroom, although not having a sea view, has a king-sized bed, TV and DVD player, it's own kitchen, and direct access onto the street.

As you enter the villa you find the large main living room which leads directly onto the covered terrace where you can relax and swim in the infinity-edge swimming pool. Alternatively, you can dine on delicious Thai meals, that can be prepared in house at an extra charge, at the 12-seater dining table, or enjoy a relaxed BBQ. The villa has the convenience of a fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen equipped to meet all your needs.

Additionally on this level of the villa, you can escape into the comfortable TV room and watch the 50", multi-channeled, flat screen television or enjoy a movie supported by a Bose surround sound system.

Moving downstairs you will find a games room equipped with another 50" TV and DVD player, pool table, table tennis table, foosball table and a bar with ample seating. This room also enjoys stunning sea views. Adjacent to the games room there is a generous utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as large storage facilities.

Getting around

It is easy and safe to walk around the area, however transport can be arranged to take you up and down from the villa. Additionally, we can arrange taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans, so getting around is easy. If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. We can arrange one for with preferably 24-hours notice.

Interaction with guest

The villa's team all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.
