Description

This country house is situated at just 7 km kilometers from Narni (ancient name Narnia), a mediaeval town in the heart of Umbria where you can find all amenities.

La Cerquetta is a cosy, simply furnished, well equipped villa in a peaceful, private position but not isolated and surrounded by gardens and woodland with Mediterranean vegetation, where you can relax in the shade of the secular oak trees.

For exclusive use of guests there is a private 12x5 mt swimming pool and a very large portico equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue and wood pizza oven.

Tennis table, volley net and bocce playground will add fun to your stay.
