Description

This is a fantastic 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in a lovely complex settled on the hill in Nazaré with 2 shared pools and well maintained gardens.

The whole apartment is nicely furnished and equipped and benefits of a private balcony with dining area and direct view over the pool.

The lounge and dining area are stylish and bright and the kitchen is large and has everything you might need to cater for your family and friends.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms have both twin beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The apartment is about 1200 metres to the beach and there is free parking on the street in front of the complex.

Nazare is a very charming, traditional Portuguese seaside town with a population of approximately 13,000. Historically the key form of income for the town was the fishing industry, an industry that is very much present to this day as visitors will see by the numerous lines of fish sun-drying along the beach.

Nazare has become famous worldwide over the past 5 years owing to a unique canyon just off the coast that creates the biggest waves in the world during Oct and November each year. In the summer the waves are small and great for those just having fun. In October and November the waves should be rode by professionals only.

Today tourism is undoubtedly the key industry in Nazare. Given the huge expanses of beautiful beaches and the picturesque cliff-line views, it certainly comes as no surprise that Nazare has such a massive appeal. On the back of the thriving tourist industry a vast number of cafes, bars and restaurants have emerged throughout the town. With numerous restaurants along the sea front, visitors can dine on some fantastic fresh seafood and enjoy the magnificent views.

We can confirm that we do not advertise the property as being wheelchair-friendly and although there are some steps to the property, it still is considered as a ground-floor, technically speaking. “CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE”

The location lends itself to stunning views over Nazare. Very well kept pool area and gardens. Apartment was extremely comfortable. Would like to return again next year.

How do damage deposits work?
