A spacious 2 bedroom home situated on a 2 acre hill in the safe and friendly community of Springvale. Amazing view of the Great Morass and mountains! Only 2 miles from downtown Negril, and just behind the Negril Hills Golf Club! Features 20' vaulted wooden ceilings which keep the house cool throughout the day. MHas a large bathroom w/ Hot Water Heater, hand made wood furnishings, 3 x 32" Flat Screen TVs w/ HDMI cables and 2 x DVD players, a stereo system, and more. Booking includes a free Cell Phone for use during your stay, which doubles as a pay-as-you-go 3G WiFi. We offer a flat rate airport pickup/drop off from our favorite driver Delroy ($75/4 people). Optional amenities include a personal chef, boat rides to and from Negril, laundry services, babysitting, and more. There are many wonderful locals to meet, and they will all have neat things to show you about the "Real Jamaica". Property contains Mango, Papaya, Guava, Ackee, Avocado(Pear), Naseberry, Noni, Almond, Pimento, Coconut, Banana, and Lime trees and more! Broad Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers, Pumpkins, and Sweet Cassava are grown in the garden. More to come soon! South Negril River is just down the road, for fishing or boating. Fantastic for bird watching!
*Disclainer: Jamaica is a Caribbean island. While this provides incredible beauty and natural wonders from sky to sea, it also means that, heat, humidity, sudden tropical squalls, and power and water outages are common occurrences.
Springvale is mostly a quiet neighborhood. However, sometimes residents host outdoor parties. For those guests who are highly noise sensitive please keep this in mind. Living on a tropical island also means an abundance of Geckos, ants, and mud crabs (edible and delicious) and mosquitoes!

I think there was come some confusion, as you and your brother seemed to believe that the services you were offered (driving, cooking, etc.) are included in the rental, but they are not.
