Sitting on one of the most desirable corners of Newport, rests this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. Boasting 1300 square feet, this condo has recently gone through a total renovation, including new furniture and appliances. A calm and modern atmosphere awaits you at this beach escape.

Fond memories will easily be made in this open living and dining room, whether you decide to play some of the provided games, watch a favorite movie, or reminisce about moments at the beach. Attached to the living area is a roomy, raised patio outfitted for sunbathing, entertaining and barbecuing. And you don't have to be a seasoned chef to enjoy what our kitchen supplies; from cooking spices and storage containers to granite countertops and new appliances, the kitchen contains everything you need to make simple snacks for a day at the beach or a delicious dinner for the whole family. The master bedroom enjoys an ocean view from a comfortable queen bed, private bath, television and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a view of the Historic Balboa Pier, while the last bedroom has a full and single bunk bed. All three televisions have access to DirecTV, so no one has to miss their favorite sitcom or drama while on vacation. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and WiFi for your convenience.

The condo is located just steps away from many popular activities such as boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Balboa Fun Zone and Ferris wheel. There are two bicycles available for picturesque rides on the boardwalk or a visit to the Newport Pier. If you want to venture off the boardwalk, you are only a short stroll to the Balboa Island Ferry, which will take you to Balboa Island for shopping and delightful food adventures. You are 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and upscale shopping at Fashion Island, and only 1½ hours to San Diego.

The complex features a private gated entry, elevator access, and a gated parking garage with two private parking spaces for vehicles with a maximum height of 6'2”.
