New, 1/1 beautifully furnished home. Less than 1 mile from Pacific Coast Highway, a 10 minute bike ride from the Balboa Peninsula, a 5 minute drive to Fashion Island and a quick walk to 17th street's fun restaurants, boutiques and surf shops. Bikes included!

This brand new home is wonderfully light and bright with new furnishings throughout and easy access to so many things to do here in Newport Beach. The King Size bed in the bedroom is a Stearns and Foster mattress and is very comfortable. There is a flat screen television and a large walk in closet in the bedroom. The living room has a new beautiful custom made couch with a full size pull out sofa bed. The 70" flat screen television in the living room has internet access and Direct TV. We've lived in this city for over 20 years and am very happy to help with any planning you may require. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and a great place to unwind after enjoying all that Newport Beach and Orange County have to offer. We've traveled quite a bit ourselves so we understand the needs of guests and am very happy to talk to you before you come and during your stay so we can accommodate special requests. Our rental unit is an apartment above our garage and we live right next door on the property. We do not allow children of any age or pets in our unit. We also do not allow smoking of any kind in the unit or around our premises. Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM.

You have access to your own private garage and washer/dryer
