Description
This fabulous air-conditioned very large apartment (104sq m)/1120 sq ft) is on the 1st FLOOR of an historic Old Nice building. The interior been renovated with style and flair to produce a sophisticated town centre apartment. Situated in Rue Saint Vincent, a quiet street off the main drag. The apartment is very spacious and has a loft flavour that's accentuated by the huge beams on the ceiling and the very tall French windows. It's very large living room (40 sq m) is complimented by a new kitchen, a beautiful walk in shower with 2 shower heads and three double bedrooms.* Twin beds in 3rd bedroom can be joined upon request

English/French speaking Property Manager on hand to answer any questions or assist in tourist trips, translation, car hire etc.If you need help on transport I use a local tour company who offer a door to door service and are cheaper than Airport taxis.

Extremely spacious lounge and dining room with high oak beamed ceilings. Includes 65" Samsung UHDTV and Bose Soundbar with bluetooth. Wi-FI connection. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for self catering holiday. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king size beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, table lights, hairdryer. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and bedside tables and draws. Bathroom with walk in shower and mirrored cupboard unit.
NB Cots are available at an extra charge of €20 per Cot. This will be payable upon arrival to my Property Manager.

Bikes are available for rental, there is a bike station at the end of Rue Saint Vincent.There is a car park at the end of Rue Saint VIncent called "Palais de Justice" , it is expensive though as are all car parks in Nice.

“Extremely NICE apartment.”
