Appartement de haut standing, vaste, 130 m2, très bien situé, devant la magnifique nouvelle Coulée Verte, à 2 pas de la place Masséna, du vieux Nice et à 200m de la mer.

En face de l'immeuble se trouve le tram.

La navette de l'aéroport est en bas de l'immeuble.

Et bien sûr à pied vous pouvez vous rendre en moins de 5mn aux meilleures boutiques et aux Galeries Lafayette.

Les cafés et restaurants sont à votre porte.

Etant au 3ème étage l'appartement est en position dominante et jouit d'une vue magnifique, notamment sur les jardins et la fontaine miroir.

Spacieux et avec de beaux volumes il convient aussi bien à 2 couples qu'à un groupe d'amis de 7 à 8 personnes ou à une grande famille, (idéal pour 6 personnes).

La plus grande chambre possède un lit King size.

La 2ème chambre, un lit double, 140cm, et un lit simple, 90cm extensible en couchage 160cm

La 3ème chambre, un lit queen size, et la nouvelle salle de douche attenante.

Il y a aussi des toilettes indépendantes et une grande salle de bains avec douche et WC.

Response from the owner Sorry if Amanda is not fond of furniture dating back to 1940 and 1950 mixed with the brand new white other pieces of furniture... The doors have been fixed. The 2 sheets a big "tired" have been replaced. The mattresses are very good. The other guests have never complained about a drain smell, maybe there had been works taking place in another apartment in the building while Amanda was there, I do not know..... I had left an information about the lift been small in the apartment description.......
