Description
The house is located 100 meters from the Promenade des Anglais in the Hotel Negresco area. It is in a condominium on a quiet side street and close to all types of services (3 supermarkets within 100 meters, one of which is "bio"). The nearest beach is free. Nearby there are restaurants and bistros. The beautiful center of Piazza Massena can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. At 50 meters there is a station for renting electric cars and bicycles. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private courtyard with table, chairs and space for bike shelter. It has a comfortable living room / kitchen renovated in 2018 and 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with single beds). There is a wi-fi network. Ready-made beds with sheets and towels. (In case of arrival after 20:00 there are 20 euros extra cost).
