Très calme,sans vis-à-vis,tres belle vue sur collines et montagnes,avec grande terrasse en dernier étage,tout confort,acces internet si votre ordi a la wifi, parking privatif pour grande voiture et parking collectif. 2 ascenceurs-au 5° étage.
2 pièces tout confort refait entièrement en Juin 2014.
Séjour avec cuisine américaine avec four-micro-ondes-machine à laver vaisselle-......television ecran-plat-radio CD -un canapé-lit pour 2 dans le séjour.
Chambre avec un lit pour 2 (couvertures fournies-possibilité draps et serviettes toilette)
salle de bains avec douche et machine à laver linge- WC indépendant-
Pour aller à la mer(promenade des anglais), il faut environ 20 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en bus devant la résidence.
bus direct centre ville et plage devant l'immeuble. (On peut venir sans voiture car le bus s'arrête devant l'immeuble et va direct au centre ville en longeant la mer)
petite gare sncf à 20 minutes à pied reliant monaco,antibes,cannes,italie....cela évite d'aller au centre ville
possibilité séjour combiné:Nice et isola 2000(parc Mercantour 1h 30'de Nice)
Note:Les produits de nettoyage sont fournis ainsi que les premières choses utiles comme sel, sucre, huile, vinaigre, thé...
Attention aux stores sur la terrasse qui peuvent être détériorés en cas de coups de vent. Les rentrer si vous quittez l'appartement.

si vous voulez éviter de cuisiner, un petit traiteur proche de la promenade des anglais prépare de bons plats niçois. Dans la résidence, une pizzeria est ouverte le soir.
mer et montagne à proximité.
Nice est une très belle ville. Le vieux Nice, les musées Matisse, Chagall... sont à visiter. Dans les environs:Cannes, Monaco....les nombreux villages avec leurs artistes vous séduiront.
L'été, de nombreux concerts sont offerts par le Conseil Général et en Novembre, 3 jours de merveilleux concerts offerts par le Conseil Général à ne pas manquer.
En Février, le Carnaval.
Animaux autorisés s'ils ne font pas de dégâts(entente préalable avec le propriétaire),
Propriétaire habitant sur place, appartement voisin, ce qui est très pratique en cas de problème.
Assurance dépannage.
Les locataires aiment cet appartement car ils reviennent régulièrement.Ils aiment le calme, la vue, la terrasse,la propreté de l'appartement (toutes les couvertures, dessus de lit, nappes....sont lavées entre 2 locataires).
L'appartement doit être rendu propre mais si vous ne désirez pas faire le ménage, vous pouvez demander au départ une femme de ménage (45 euros)
A votre arrivée il sera demandé une caution de 250 euros.
