Dans un des quartiers le plus convoité de Nice situé idéalement proche du Vieux Nice, de la place Garibaldi, et du Port, nous proposons pour votre séjour un appartement de 77 M2 climatisé avec 3 chambres et balcons. Accueil possible jusqu’à 6 personnes.

Il est lumineux, traversant, situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur (les étages se montent facilement) et offre d’un côté sur la cour une vue sur la Coline « Fort St Alban » au calme et sans vis-à-vis et de l’autre sur les rues Boyer et Bonaparte.

De nombreux commerces sont présents à proximité de l'appartement pour faire vos achats et à 2 pas du quartier festif de la rue Bonaparte, avec son accès au Tramway lignes 1 et 2 en direct pour l'aéroport ou la gare des trains, vous profiterez de la vie à la Niçoise.

Il se compose d'un séjour "côté cours" avec balcon. La cuisine est grande et ouverte sur le séjour, est équipée pour votre confort d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un lave-linge,

Les 3 chambres "côté rue" sont individuelles séparées du séjour dont une avec balcon. Deux sont équipées d’un grand lit deux places (140x190), et une de deux lits de 90x190. La première salle de bain dispose d’une baignoire à jets, comporte un meuble vasque et rangements. La seconde salle d'eau est avec douche et lavabo. Enfin, Les Wc sont séparés.

Pour plus de confort, toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement sont équipées de doubles vitrages iso phonique et thermique avec des volets "à la Provençale" et doubles rideaux ce qui permet de garder la fraicheur en été! Toutes les pièces de l'appartement sont climatisables et en hivers le chauffage est central au gaz.

A NOTER :

- La carte de crédit utilisée pour payer votre séjour doit être présentée à l'enregistrement avec la carte d'identité portant le même nom.

- Caution à l'arrivée : 600 euros - Pré-autorisation par carte de crédit.

The location was great - a good food store and a street full of restaurants nearby. To the beach 12 min walk. In the app everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owner very helpful.
