Two room house (45 m2) totally independant, with private parking and garden. Bedroom with one double bed, living room with a large convertible sofa. Separated kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and laundry machine. TV, WiFi. Air conditionner.The 62 m2 roof terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, which allow eating in the sun or in the shade with a view on the sea. The terrace is lighted at night, to extend the day a pleasant way. Sheets and house linen are supplied. Also a folding baby bed is available .Parking for bikes is also possible. Ideal house for a starting point towards the coast or the mountain and to relax after a tiring day. The house is located on a hill at 5 minutes driving from the beach, from the Promenade des Anglais. Enjoy the Côte d'Azur (Nice a wonderful city, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche sur Mer, Menton, Eze), the proximity of Monaco and Italy ( Vintimiglia market) but also the Parc du Mercantour with its mountain resorts at 1h30 driving which provides trekking and various sport activities. Ideal for family holidays, couples or between friends. / Maison de 2 pièces totalement indépendante avec un parking et un jardin privatifs. Grande terrasse pour prendre ses repas avec vue sur la mer, même la nuit car éclairée. Salon de jardin et barbecue. A 5 minutes de la Promenade des Anglais. “Fantastic host and perfect place to stay in Nice with car”
Thank you to Gilbert for a perfect stay in Nice. Gilbert was so helpful with giving us information on where to visit in and around Nice, answering all our questions, and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment is spacious for 2, and has everything you could need, including parking. There was even wine in the fridge for our arrival. We enjoyed that the TV is a smart TV so we could have Netflix in the evenings. The air conditioning is perfect to help with a good nights sleep, and the bed is comfortable also.The roof terrace is huge and we ate dinner out there every evening, and enjoyed sunbathing there too. We couldn't have asked for anything more from both the apartment and Gilbert. Each day we drove down to a carpark around 5 minutes away by car which costs 3 euros for the whole day, and then we used the tram to sightsee in Nice. We look forward to coming again.
