Located in Nice, La Casetta dei Fiori is a beautiful 130 square meter seasonal rental villa with swimming pool and air conditioning, in a quiet area, it is equipped to accommodate 7 people. Beautiful terrace with dining area and barbecue by the pool.
On the interior side, this villa benefits from a quality layout and consists of a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, 4 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the second with a queen size bed (160 cm), the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and the last bedroom / office with a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one with shower in addition to the bathtub and 3 toilets.
Located on the nearby Nice hills with magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the sea. 15 minutes from Nice city center, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review Mr Barmettler: I wish you enjoyed your stay even if we charged your damage deposit, you know first we don't charge it for no reason and after we try through our insurance company to reimburse our clients for part of their damage and it takes always time to manage on both sides. Sorry for the inconvenience during your stay in this pretty villa "La Casetta dei Fiori" I'm sure you like, looking forward to meeting you anyway another time on the French Riviera !
