Situated in a Norfolk broads village in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature reserves and RSPB sanctuary, yet only 6 miles from the historic city centre of Norwich. 30 min. Drive to the Norfolk coast. Walking distance from riverside pubs and restaurants.
Consisting of two double-sized bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and spacious living-room/kitchen. In addition to the set sleeping arrangements there is sufficient space for a cot and/or child's bed (available on request).
Bedroom 1: Two single beds, which can be arranged as large double if required. On-suite bathroom with full sized bath with shower over. Toilet and basin. Underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2:
One king size bed. En-suite bathroom, consisting of large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. Underfloor heating.
Welcome pack on arrival. Strictly no pets and no smoking. Children friendly.

“Excellent accommodation in every way, perfectly suited to our needs.”
The property was spacious, very well maintained and in a perfect location. The owners, Robin and Elena were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The two bedrooms were both en-suite, a real bonus, and the garden was beautiful. Would recommend this property, one of the best we have rented.
