Villa surrounded by greenery, 100 mt. from the sea (every year the important LEGAMBIENTE recognition 5 clean sea blue sails) of the protected oriented reserve of Vendicari (Cittadella) in the territory of the Noto Barocca, province of Syracuse. The villa is independent (shared entrance with another villa) and consists of three bedrooms for 6 beds, a living room kitchen, an internal wc and an external wc, large veranda, garden and n. 1 parking space on the property. The garden is private delimited by plants. Possibility to accommodate up to 10 people for info on prices, contact via email. It is 2 km from the village of Marzamemi, 5 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero, 10 km from Noto, 25 km from the lakes of Cavagrande del Cassibile, 40 km from Syracuse and Ragusa. The area is well served in the vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, shops, tobacco shops, bars, etc. everyday street vendors offer bread, hot croissants, fruit and vegetable ice creams. “excellent séjour à Vendicar”
J'ai passé un i l'été dernier.Des que nous sommes arrivés mon mari et moi etions un peu fatigués et le propietaire ainsi que sa femme nous ont accuelli les bras ouverts et nous ont de suite fait sentir à notre aise...deux bons verres de vin rouge nous attendaient...ils nous ont expliqué et donné quelques renseignements non seulement sur la maison en soi mais aussi sur l'endroit et ses environs...et nous ont gentilment rédigé une liste des principaux sites à visiter et une bonne petite liste de restaurants qui se sont effectivement révélés de tres haute cuisine à des prix tout à fait abordables comme l'est la Sicile en général en tout et pour tout. La maison qui est tres jolie donne sur une etendue réserve naturelle et sa plage et de toute beauté.Elle est fournie et complete de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin et tres bien entretenue.Nous devions rester deux semaines mais finalement s'est tellement bien passé que nous avons décidé d'allonger notre séjour et heureusement les clients qui avaient loué la maison à leur tours apres nous ont pu reculer leur arrivée sans soucis! Nous nous sommes tellements bien sentis que nous avons décidé d'y retourner prochainement avec des amis. Je conseille vivement à n'importe qui de passer quelques jours dans ce nid paradisiaque!

“Great location on a beautiful coastline”
Four of us stayed in this villa for a week in the middle of October. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from a lovely little bay, where we swam every day. The owners are absolutely delightful, leaving food for us on our first night when we arrived late following a flight delay. The villa is very clean and the outside space, particularly the good parking, is a nice bonus.

“Mare cristallino e natura selvaggia”
Ho soggiornato con amici per una settimana agli inizi di giugno, il sig.Gianluca e la moglie ci hanno accolto con con molta gentilezza e ci sono stati di prezioso aiuto nel consigliarci i posti da visitare. La casa è accogliente e in ordine, il posto invece è di una bellezza incredibile, mare bellissimo e cristallino immerso nella natura selvaggia. Da raccontare l'incontro con uno stormo di fenicotteri rosa che si sono posati per qualche minuto in acqua per poi spiccare nuovamente il volo tutti insieme. Siamo stati benissimo!!

“Location fantastica!!”
Ho soggiornato in questa splendida villa per 5 notti con la mia famiglia ad aprile. Sia l interno che l esterno della casa pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. La signora Rossella e il marito Gianluca gentilissimi e disponibili nel saperci consigliare ristoranti, luoghi e attrazioni della zona. Ottima posizione sul mare, a pochi metri dalla famosa riserva di vendicari e dalla meravigliosa spiaggia della cittadella. Inoltre ci tenevo a precisare che la struttura dispone di giardino, barbecue, doccia esterno( molto utile) e parcheggio. Alla prossima Un caro saluto da tutti noi

“Una piacevole parentesi di mare e natura”
Eravamo incerti per le previsioni meteo, ma siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza. Mare cristallino in una cornice di rocce e vegetazione davvero suggestiva. Ci siamo addentrati nelle stradine vicine ma a parte il mare pulito non abbiamo trovato lo stesso paesaggio. La casa ha un'ottima posizione, abbiamo potuto pranzare in veranda con la massima intimità. E poi è davvero vicina sia alla spiaggia che alla scogliera. L'interno è accogliente e pulito, la cucina è attrezzata di tutto se si ha voglia di cucinare, solo il bagno è un pò strettino... Abbiamo girato i dintorni in macchina e grazie all'aiuto di Gianluca abbiamo potuto fare un salto anche a Ortigia e Ragusa ibla. A me è piaciuta molto anche Marzamemi, vicinissima alla casa. Abbiamo cenato lì diverse sere, peccato che parte dei locali non avesse ancora aperto per la stagione. Torneremo per un bagno e per un'altra granita di pistacchio
