Description
At district Vaddeddi (6 km drive from Noto) there are two independent villas just builded : "Casa Vaddeddi" and " Casa Zammara" .
The houses are located 5 minutes drive from the most beautifull beaches . Easily accessible from the main road Sp19 Noto-Pachino (about 1000 meters from the Villa Romana del Tellaro), with a paved road to the gate of the house.
Casa Vaddeddi, has a great view east towards the riserva and the sea, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen area with a sofa, upstairs there is a sofa bed and two single beds.There is an upstairs terrace and a veranda on the lower floor.
the Kitchen has refrigerator,cooking surface , oven, dish washer and a washing machine.
Casa Zammara overlooks the countyside to the west towards the sunset, the town of Noto and the Hyblean Mountains. It has an open space room and a bathroom at the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs .Here as well there is a an upstairs terrace and a veranda on the lower floor.
Both the houses have air-conditioning and fans downstairs and upstairs.
They are located within a one-hectare olive grove surrounded by the typical dry stone walls.
Ample parking is available.
From June will be a swimming pool situated midway from the two houses and used by the guests of both of them,
You can have bicicles to ride .

The house has 2 floors, the first floor has a terrace in front of the sea with 2 beds and a comfortable sofa for gazing out to the sea. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a terrace which has comfortable chairs for relaxing,a bathroom with sliding doors,, and a open-plan kitchen living area with a sofa just in front of the fireplace.
The house is rendered in the typical sand colour of the Baroque whilst inside is painted white with white wooden flooring upstairs. The house is powered by solar panels situated on the roof with an average power of 5.5 kWh.
There is a small oven and a small dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The house has windows on every side downstairs to allow the fresh sea breeze in on the hottest summer days. You can arrive upstairs with a steep stair suitable for children over 4 years..Upstairs we have big windows to reach the terrace which is covered by a wooden roof to provide shade whilst looking out towards the sea and the reserve.
Downstairs there is air conditioning with a heat pump to provide both hot and cold air. All the furniture in the house is designed by the owners, an architect and an engineer. The walls outside are "a secco" without concrete, the top of the kitchen and the bathroom is in natural resina. The fireplace has a glass guard making it safe for children and can work as a stove in the autumn.

Outside there are lots of patios where you can read, draw or just relax on the comfortable wooden chairs. There is a wooden table which can seat up to 10 as well as small tables and chairs.
At night, the house is lit up by lights sunken in the stone patios surrounding the house which allows you to stay outside an watch the stars.
There is also an additional hot shower outside.
