Quiet center and beach Seminyak

Location, Owner, Pool - All Amazing!

We had a great stay in this villa. The location really is so perfect for Seminyak. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and to Oberoi street where all the restaurants were. Its in a quiet area surrounded by other villas and hotels but feels miles away from anyone. The host Nick, was so nice. He met us on arrival and gave us loads of hints and tips for our stay. We took his advice and ate and drank in some great places! The beach is so close and once you're on the beach you are a five minute walk from some of the best sunset bars. The villa itself is so beautiful. Gorgeous furniture, great pool and the two ladies who come to clean every day are lovely. The house was always spotless!! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone - we were just a couple so we hardly used the upstairs but it would be perfect for a family or group of friends either. … see more

BEACH SEMINYAK - Villa Kibbi - Awesome reviews - No1 LOCATION

No hassle great vacation villa!

We stayed at Villa Kibbi over Xmas 2016. Our family included 4 adults. Villa Kibbi has big bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are large and showers worked well and there is plenty of storage and closet space. The living room was good for the four of us and the dining table was used for checking emails and hanging out inside. Most of our time was spent outside around the pool. The day bed and lounge chairs were great for relaxing and the pool was large enough for a shallow dive entry. The kitchen is small but we ate all our meals out. The location is superb. We walked everywhere. The restaurants on "eat street" are within walking distance and the beach is also a short stroll. Unfortunately the winds and current in December brought a lot of trash to the beach and it was a ongoing endeavor to keep them clean. We did walk 2.5 miles down the beach to Kuta corner and loved the walk. We also ate at La Plancha, which is a beach bar/restaurant 10 min from the villa. We also walked up to the Oberoi for a Xmas day brunch. Everything is close by. There is a mini mart 2 minutes from the Villa where you can get essentials, beer, wine, liquor, ice and snacks. The foot, motorbike and car traffic in Seminyak over the holidays is intense. But there were big crowds and traffic in Ubud as well. The nice thing about the villa is that you can walk everywhere, albeit the motorbikes and cars keep you on the edge of the small paths. The villa includes Eka who cleans everyday and helps on any issues. She took care of our laundry and delivered it back in a day. Wayan, the driver, provided the airport transfers and took us on a day tour to Batuan, Mas and Ubud and the rice terraces. Fair priced and a good driver/tour guide. The villa internet worked very well and Eka kept the minutes topped up for our multi device usage. The TV was spotty with major cable channels not being turned on for a few days, but tv watching was not why we went to Bali. Some of the doors were not solid and didn't shut tightly, but security was not an issue. There are 24/7 guards at the front and we felt very safe.There are thousands of villas for rent in Bali. The main reason I selected Villa Kibbi was due to Gavin. Yes, I wanted 3 bedrooms, a pool and a great location, but there are many villas meeting these needs. I choice Villa Kibbi because Gavin was so responsive to all my email inquiries. He recommended the best restaurants and provided quick answers to all my questions.
