L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, ventole al soffitto ed è composto da ingresso su salone, ampio terrazzo, cucina nuova con lavastoviglie, 2 camere con balcone e terrazzo, 2 bagni, uno dei quali en suite. Riscaldamento autonomo. Si presenta completamente arredato e corredato, attrezzato con posaterie, stoviglie, pentole, forno elettrico, frigorifero e congelatore ed una gamma completa di utensili, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. I bagni sono completi con doccia. wc e bidet. Vi sono due camere da letto: una con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato annesso, armadio a 4 ante e cassettiera, balcone; la seconda è più piccola e ha due letti singoli, armadio a 2 ante con cassettiera e terrazzo. Il terrazzo della cameretta è dotato di lavatoio e lavatrice. E' possibile aggiungere ulteriori ospiti oltre ai 4 ospitati nelle due stanze da letto in quanto, nel living, l'appartamento è dotato di 4 divani letto singoli e può quindi ospitare fino a 8 persone complessivamente. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di WI-FI GRATUITO. Il terrazzo del living è corredato di tavoli e sedie da giardino ed è ideale per pranzare o cenare "al fresco". Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione biancheria da cucina (tovaglie, asciuga piatti), da letto (lenzuola, federe e coperte) e da bagno (asciugamani, accappatoi e teli bagno).

La vicinanza dell'appartamento all'aeroporto, al centro città ed al porto, oltre alle molte meravigliose spiagge dei dintorni, lo rendono perfetto per un soggiorno di vacanza e relax, nonchè per chiunque dovesse risiedere ad Olbia per qualche tempo.

The apartment consists of entrance hall, terrace, new kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with balcony and terrace, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Autonomous heating. It is fully furnished and equipped, equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, electric oven, fridge and freezer and a complete range of utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are complete with shower. toilet and bidet. There are two bedrooms: one with double bed and private bathroom, 4-door wardrobe and chest of drawers, balcony; the second is smaller and has two single beds, a 2-door wardrobe with chest of drawers and a terrace with terrace sink and washing machine.
