Description
It is 2 minutes walk from the waterfront. You can explore the beautiful beaches of the Ria Formosa. Located in the heart of the city, can do everything on foot. From its terraces you can admire the rooftops of the old town.
It is a house restored by an architect in Algarve style, white and blue. The floor and the bathroom are terracotta. It is connected to mains gas so hot water at will. THE ground floor: 1 living room, 1 small bedroom, large bathroom with bath, kitchen and courtyard. 1 floor, 1 large bedroom, bathroom with shower. It has 2 large terraces and can accommodate 4 person. It is 10 minutes walk ships to Culatra, Armona and Farol.
The house is located in the maze of streets of the fishing village, between the dock and the Ria Formosa, the heart of the old town. Picturesque with its white houses with parapets decorated with geometric motifs.

From Faro Airport Taxi 15 minutes
It is possible to park the car in front of the housing. Olhão Central Station and bus station 5 minutes walk and with whom you can reach Lisbon and Seville. Boats that take you to the beaches, 10 minutes (walking).
It is 5 minutes from the largest fish market in Portugal, where they sell fish fry, vegetables or fresh fruit from the coast.
There are many remnants of the Moors in architecture that's why it's called Cubic City.
reversible air conditioning is used in winter to heat the summer to refresh it is not included in the rental price. It is paid consumption 0.20 cents per Kwh. Thank you for your understanding.

Response from the owner Bonjour olhao est une ville au bord de l'océan donc naturellement humides toutes les maisons de la baixa de olhao ont été construites sur le sable. c'est pour ça qu'on a mis une climatisation été hiver et un dehumidificateur , en utilisant les deux l'hiver est tout à fait supportable malheureusement le prix du kilowatt-heure et 0,20 centime donc plus cher qu'en France les Portugais non pas de centrale nucléaire. si vous avez ces problème je vous conseille pour la prochaine fois, de louer un appartement sûrement vous aurez moins de problème d'humidité. Pour les travaux à faire naturellement on peut pas tout faire au même moment l'autre année on s'est occupé du matelas du premier étage qui est à mémoire de forme et très confortable. pour ce qui concerne la peinture d'intérieur naturellement chaque fin d'hiver est nécessaire de refaire quelques chambre cette année c'est la petite chambre du rez-de-chaussée voilà. Je vois que quand même vous avez passé des très bonne vacances je vous remercie beaucoup pour tous vos conseils cordialement.

Typical "cubist" town house of Olhao.Loved and maintained.Generously equipped.Two fantastic outdoor roof terraces. Easy stroll to the ria promenade,markets and ferries to the islands. One exceptional restaurant within 2 minutes ....yet a peaceful quarter.And within 2 minutes breakfast with the bells of the beautiful Igreja Matriz ! All arrangements for booking and keys prompt and simple. A privilege to enjoy this fine house! We hope to return.. If you have difficulty with stairs you may not be able to enjoy all that this house has to offer...

Dans ce cas il ne faut pas hésiter de nous le dire tout de suite en début de séjour afin qu'on puisse y remédier. Concernant la literie, le matelas de la chambre à l'étage est un matelas à ressors de bonne qualité mais effectivement on y est pas toujours habitué. La literie de la chambre au rez de chaussé fait partie des choses que nous pensons changer au plus tôt. Nous sommes content que vous ayez apprécié ce quartier traditionnel d'Olhao comme nous l'aimons nous aussi. Cordialement
