Two Bed Apartment with excellent access to Beach and town with all amenities. Ideal for Golf in the Algarve or the perfect beach holiday. Plenty of wardrobe space and could sleep up to 4 adults .

Completed to a very high standard with every thing you need. Large Private And shared Sun deck and Shared Pool. Owners sunbeds and patio furniture. Level aspect to the Pool or lift to street level. Only a few of the Apartment are available so very quiet although very child friendly. Second bedroom is small room 2m x 1.6m with single day bed with pull out bed beneath it so ideal for two children.

Excellent nearby restaurants and bars to complete your stay. Nearby resorts of Albufeira(3km) and Vilamoura(9km) completes its profile. Quiet and furnished to high standard. Wi Fi available in many bars restaurants within 50m. Beautilfully equipped apartment with all you need in a beautilful quaint setting.

This two bedroomed apartment can either be used to provide a double and up to 2 singles. Tastefully furnished with comfort and quality in mind. Large private sun deck along with complex sun deck and shared Pool complete the exterior. Kitchen has all you need for your stay with Gas Heated hot water and Air Conditioning that can be used to heat in the winter months. Latest Flat screen TV with DVD and CD Centres.Lots of DVDs available as well.

Parking in enclosed private parking garage. Large deck area which has direct access to a large shared Pool (10 metres). Ideal for families but still very quiet and easy access to all restaurants, bars and shops although the Village has all its needs it still remains quiet even in the busy summer months. The Apartment looks at a small quaint fishing village with excellent safe bathing as well as a wide range of continental and british dishes available in the small beautilful beach area. The resort benefits from a small town area with many cash points/banks and shops including two larger supermarkets. There is also a wide selection of bars/restaurant to suit all. Olhos D aqua has to be seen and enjoyed although not suited for all night entertainment it does have bars with plenty of entertainment in the summer months.

“Disappointing for the price !”

Response from the owner We did have to replace the air conditioning units. It was very hard trying to find an engineer in the peak of the summer. Now have a Daikin system which works perfectly.

“Excellent Stay”

Really nice apartment. Positives - The apartment is very central to everything and equipped with all you could want. Access straight to the poolside from the balcony (which has a great sea view). Very secure gated unit and the apartment has shutters on all the windows. Owner Nick was easily contactable and very accommodating in allowing us early access and a late check out, which was much appreciated. Negatives - Little really, if I had to find something, the apartment might not be a good choice for those who are elderly, or have mobility issues, as Olhas de Agua is not the flattest of towns Only thing the apartment itself lacked was a safe, which despite the security shutters etc. would still have been something I would have liked (I prefer this in any apartment I rent, it’s no reflection on the location of the apartment, its in a very safe area). Overall a great vacation and I would both return and recommend this apartment.

“Excellent”

Lovely apartment in a great location, 5 minutes to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was extremely hot while we were there and the air-conditioning worked really well. The pool area was lovely. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves and never had a problem getting sunbeds, although the apartment has some on the balcony that you can use anyway. Very clean and well equipped. We hope to return

Response from the owner The apartment has its own (4) sunbeds and does not rely on the communial sun beds.Also the apartment has 2 lifts that take you down to the beach level and therefore takes away the need to walk up the steps. The Condiminium cleaners clean the whole of the Pool Side deck every week including all the steps.
