Gezellig 2 slaapkamer vakantie appartement met buitenzwembad te huur op een unieke locatie, op wandelafstand van het bekende strand Falesia en naast het golfterrein Pine Cliffs. Het strand Barranco das Belharucas, een verborgen juweeltje, ligt op 3 km afstand van het appartement. Winkels, restaurants, bars, supermarkt, apotheker, kapper en openbaar vervoer op 20m. Parkeergelegenheid voor het appartement is gratis. Het ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het centrum van Albufeira. De levendige Avenida Dr. Francisco Sà Carneiro (The Strip) ligt op 6,5 km afstand.

Het appartement beschikt over een volledig ingerichte keuken met kookplaat, magnetron, koffiezet apparaat, oven, koelkast met vriesvak en vaatwasser. Verder beschikt het appartement over 2 slaapkamers (1 dubbel bed en een familie kamer met 2 aparte bedden), woonkamer met sofa bed en flat screen TV en ruim terras met uitzicht op de dennenbomen waar u rustig kunt genieten. Cozy and clean holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms for rent in Olhos d'Agua. Unique location: at 10 minutes walking from the famous Falesia Beach and next to the Pine Cliffs Golf Course. Shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser and public transportation are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Free public parking available outside the apartment. It is a 10 minute drive from the center of Albufeira. The complex has an outdoor pool with shower and toilet (free usage for tenants).

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double and a family room with two twin beds), sofa bed and lounge with flat screen TV, and a spacious terrace overlooking the pine trees where you can enjoy and relax. The bathroom has a tub / shower.

Bed linen and towels, as also the cleaning at the end of your holiday are included. Extra bed or cot on request.

In combination with this apartment, we also propose car rental, airport transfers and excursions at the very best price.

This apartment was renovated and completely refurbished in April 2016.
