Description

Charming 3- bedroom villa at the outskirts of Olhos de Agua. It is surrounded by nature. The villa is ideal for families and people who enjoy nature. Ideal for cyclists and people who enjoy walking or horseback riding. A wide variety of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops can be found here as well as Balaia Village Golf court and some of the best theme parks. The villa is at only 5 km from Oura and Albufeira. Marina of Villamoura is only at 10 km distance and Faro Airport at only 30 km!

The villa is comfortable for 6 to 8 people. There is a beautiful garden and swimming pool. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a suite. The bedrooms and livingroom provide free airco/heating. There are 8 beds. Pool heating is optional.

There are two double bedrooms with en suite shower and one twin bedroom and bathroom. The following things are at your disposal: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, fans/heaters, heardryers ,free wifi, a laptop safe, satellite TV, DVDs with films, a CD player, a pool biljard table, a table tennis table, a BBQ, an alarm, night light, airco/heating, a fire place, a pool with optional poolheating

You will be welcomed by a contact person who will also be available in case of an emergency or unforseen circumstances.

The villa can be rented for a minimum of three days. Extra costs are the optional pool heating.

The villa has its own parking space and you will be welcomed at the hotel Atlantico Balaya which is 100 metres from the for a minimum of three days

The villa includes bed linen kitchen linen and (bath) towels

We exchange the towels in the half of the week for stays longer than a week you get a full cleaning on Saturday

Additional costs are the heating for the pool and possibly extra pallets for the stove For larger groups of young people we ask for a deposit of 1500 euros
