The apartment is located in a detached villa on the ground floor; surrounded by a garden and a parking space is available.
It has a great view of Lake from one of the bedrooms and the porch you can enjoy all the scenery.
The living area consists of one room with kitchen dining table and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
The second room has lake views and has 2 single beds; the bathroom with shower and washing machine is blind.
The House is situated in the small hamlet of Borca 2 km from Moscow, you need to move the machine in surroundings that offer many possibilities for recreation cultural and creative: Pella and Orta, the pearls of our Lake, Lake Maggiore, 10 km away, the Mottarone with breathtaking views over the lakes and the Alps and summer fun (Alpiland and trekking) and winter (cross-country).
