Description

Leaning Tree Cottage is located directly on the water with private dock and Sandy beach on Crystal clear Lake Couchiching. We are on the West side of the Lake, just north of the Weber's Hamburger restaurant on Highway 11. The water is waist deep for 200+ feet out and very child friendly.

Cellular service is good at our location. You are only about 15 minutes away from Orillia if you are interested in Entertainment, Dining or Shopping. Or catch a show or try your luck at Casino Rama.

We offer 3 cozy bedrooms, Two Bedrooms with a double bed in each. The third bedroom also has a double bed, and bunk beds for the kids. A sleeper sofa is also available in the living room if necessary.

The Cottage is equipped with a Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster, Coffee Maker and BBQ. There is a DVD player and TV available. Cutlery, dishes, glassware, pots and pans are all there. Bring your bedding, towels, groceries, sunscreen and your all set. Our Cottage is equipped with Municipal water and Sewer Service for added convenience.

There is also a paddle boat and life jackets available for use. There is also a fire pit right beside the Lake all ready for roasting marshmallows.

Response from the owner Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced the BBQ, and unfortunately the previous guests did not let us know. Our cleaning service was only cleaning the exterior of the BBQ. We will have them check the operation going forward to ensure this does not happen in the future. Regards, Dominic

How do damage deposits work?
