Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Orosei, il monolocale è caratterizzato dall'accesso attraverso un antico portico che conduce ad un cortile interno dove si affacciano altri piccoli antichi edifici. Data la particolarità del luogo ( a pochi metri dal museo, chiese, piazze), i lavori sono stati affidati alla cura di un architetto esperto in restauri e recupero di case ed edifici storici. Originariamente il locale era adibito a deposito di materiali umili (arnesi del contadino, strumenti per fare il vino, sacchi di grano ), ed attualmente con un’abile trasformazione e valorizzazione degli spazi la sua superficie di 30 mq accoglie la zona-giorno ( salotto e area cucina) e bagno; nel soppalco di 10 mq è ricavata la zona –notte (con letto matrimoniale). Il monolocale è indipendente, con piccolo cortiletto e doccia esterna.
Aria condizionata a pagamento in base ai consumi. Wifi 10 euro/settimana.
