I stayed from July 8-12th with my husband and 2 children (7 and 14yrs).
Bedrooms: 2, both with queen beds and plenty of dresser/closet space. Master has access to the balcony. Comfy beds. Fans in both bedrooms.
Bathrooms: 2, both with plenty of space, master has a tub/shower and double vanity sink. Plenty of TP, Kleenex, hand soap, towels. Guest bath has shower and single sink.
Living room: fireplace with access to great patio. Pull out couch, comfy sofa, lots of room.
Dining room: seating for 4 at table and 4 at island bar.
Patio: is not screened in but we had no problems with bugs. Preferred the view with no screen. Faces east so you can see sunrise. Prettier view without having to look at docks. Large Grill. Seating for 4 at the table and 4 plastic chairs.
Kitchen: Open concept kitchen, fully stocked. Has coffee pot, blender, cutting board, radio, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, salt/pepper, garbage bags, lots of silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Ice maker works quickly but we did bring ice with us for our cooler. You can also buy ice at the resort.
Laundry: works great, we brought detergent but there was some there.
Location: If you look at the resort as an upside V the condo is located on the right side 1/2 way up the V. Close to both pools. Parking was not an issue.
Comparables: We traveled with 2 other couples so we saw 2 other condos. One was right on the point and the other overlooked the entrance pool. Both of those condos were more expensive because they had expensive upgrades (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern furniture). Their condos were the same exact layout as ours with the same amount of space. I personally think we had the best condo...
