THE Newly built house, all one floor, very confortable. It is the ideal house for those who want relax surrounded by nature. In a few minutes you 're in the beach or in the town. The house is inside a private propriety of 16.000 meters, About 20 meters from the house thare is a panoramic pool. Inside the propriety there is a biologic garden, Vineyard, fruit trees, a small chicken coop, and a big area with tipical Mediterranean vegetation.
About 5 km from the sea, from Palau, and from Arcipelago of La Maddalena.
Casa tipica gallurese di recente costruzione ma che ricalca la pianta degli antichi stazzi galluresi. La casa è tutta su un piano, molto comoda e funzionale, con una grande sala centrale con annessa cucina e tre camere da letto nei due lati della casa, dove si trovano anche i bagni. Due grandi verande coperte, una sul fronte e una sul retro per organizzare le vostre giornate all'esterno dell'abitazione.
A pochi metri dalla casa il posto auto coperto. La casa e immersa in una proprietà di 16.000 mq, parte coltivata a frutteto, oliveto e vigneto, e parte a macchia mediterranea tipica.
La casa dista circa 5 km dal centro abitato di Palau e dal mare, e a circa 8 km da Arzachena, quindi posta in posizione ideale per visitare questo angolo stupendo di Sardegna, che va dalla Costa Smeralda fino a Santa Teresa di Gallura, e in centro Palau con di fronte La Maddalena e il suo splendido Arcipelago.
Per arrivare alla proprietà bisogna percorrere circa 900m di strada sterrata.

“Absolutely wonderful!”
We enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful surroundings, the garden, the spacious house, as well as the pool! Everything was well appointed and very clean and inviting. Davide was a very gracious host, and his family restaurant was very delicious as well. We look forward to staying here again on the return visits to Sardegna.

“Lovely country retreat with pool and views.”
Close to Palau the house is well equipped and has a lovely pool with great views. Davide comes to lean it every day and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

“Villa in a Beautiful Location”
This is a lovely villa in a very private and beautiful location in the hills between Palau and Arzachena. Well equipped and very spacious inside, but the outside space is the star of the show. Perfect place to relax. Great views, multiple places to relax or eat, and an excellent pool. The villa is in a large plot which Davide manages, growing his fruit and veg, and raising his chickens. The dirt track which leads to the villa from the main road is fine, less than a kilometer. Lovely beaches near Porto Cervo, and archaeological sites in and around Arzachena. Hiking near Monte Limbara is less than an hour away. Davide was an excellent host, keeping in touch via WhatsApp, and sorting out any issues very promptly. Thank you, Davide, and hope to see you again.

“A corner of paradise”
Davide has created a little piece of paradise and we enjoyed a week of enchantment there. The house was very comfortable and the terraces were perfect for relaxing and eating at various times of the day. The panoramic pool has views over his beautiful gardens and the mountains and sea beyond. The renowned beaches of the north coast are close by. Davide has an excellent restaurant called Sa Pinta in nearby Palau which we'd strongly recommend. Wish we'd booked a fortnight!
