Description
The flat is a bright and comfortable 40 sq.mt one-bedroom apartment, all restructured and furnished, with a beautiful historical city centre view, in a posh building of the Thirties.
The entrance opens up onto the living area, with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV corner, a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen corner, complete with all necessities. From here one can access the sleeping area, fitted with a double bed, and the bathroom with a stall shower.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, at close distance from the Teatro Massimo. It is ideally positioned for walking tours of the historical city centre: all the main attractions and mouments can be easily reached by walking in a 2 km range. The area is fully serviced by public transport and taxi services. Both can be found in Piazza Verdi.
Being close to the main points of interest will maximize your enjoyment of the city centre and of Palermo's night life: piazza Spinuzza and piazza Olivella are among the most renown night life locations in the city.

Response from the owner Ti ringrazio per la recensione. Mi dispiace che ti sia trovato male nel mio appartamento. Anche se ho provveduto in modo da poterti spostare in altro appartamento piu' di tuo gradimento. Come hai fatto rilevare hai soggiornato durante le festività natalizie. La piazza su cui da l'appartamento è pedonale e piena di locali, per cui ovviamente giunge del rumore. I miei infissi sono nuovi, insonorizzanti ed a taglio termico. Ho anche provveduto ad insonorizzare il cassone della serranda. Il palazzo è degli anni '30, ed ovviamente non posso intervenire sulla sua struttura. Sto provvedendo anche alla sostituzione dei 2 piccoli infissi interni con nuovi infissi insonorizzanti. Per quanto concerne la lavatrice, non era presente nell'appartamento, ma non risulta tra le dotazioni, per cui hai trovato esattamente ciò che ho descritto. Come hai scritto sto provvedendo comunque ad aggiungere anche tale dotazione. Faccio tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno dei miei ospiti piacevole. Purtroppo, a volte, vi sono cause esterne (rumore) non dipendenti dalla mia volontà su cui non mi è possibile intervenire. La posizione centralissima del mio appartamento su area pedonale, può avere in periodi festivi questo risvolto negativo, per chi si ferma per lunghi periodi! I consigli costruttivi dei miei ospiti mi permettono sempre di migliorare.
