L'appartamento è arredato e corredato e dotato di tutti i confort compresa l'aria condizionata.Il riscaldamento è autonomo e l'immobile è dotato di infissi in vetro camera che lo rendono particolarmente silenzioso.
All'arrivo tutti gli ospiti, compresi i minori, dovranno esibire un documento d'identità in corso di validità, pagare la tassa di soggiorno pari a € 1,50 a persona /notte per un massimo di 4 notti, i bambini sotto i 12 anni sono esenti. Fast Wi:FI gratuito
"Casetta Alloro" is an apartement located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo inside Unesco Itinerary. It's the ideal starting point for exploring by foot all the main cultural attractions of the city, just in front of the regional art gallery. The free shuttle bus is 30 meters far from the flat. Markets, restaurants, and pubs on the sea are 3 minutes walk.

“Excellent place to stay”
We arrived quite late at night to be met by the owner who provided details of sites to see along with recommendations on restaurants etc. The apartment is well furnished and a fully equipped kitchen, the location is perfect, the free bus around Palermo is two minutes up the road. The location of the apartment is in a quiet area in the old part of Palermo and we can highly recommend it.
