Large apartment (60sqm) very luminous, with exterior on a balcony, in newly refurbished historic building. The apartment is located in the historical centre just a few steps from the main historical monuments. Ideal for visiting, moving on foot, the city. 1° floor with elevator Cathedral (2 min.) Teatro Massimo (2 min.) Teatro Politeama (10 min.); Cape Town market (5 min.); Quattro Canti (2 min.). In the area there are numerous local businesses, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias.
Opportunity notice of transfer to/from airport.

Composed of:-bedroom (cot on request)-living room with double sofa bed.
-Fully equipped kitchen with all accessories.
-Bathroom with shower.
The apartment is furnished and equipped. Change of bed linen and bath towels every three days.
