"Perfect Panama City Condo ... " Last Resort " has become Our First Resort !"
Left on 06/26/2015 for a stay in May 2015
My wife and kids were ecstatic about our vacation; the" Last Resort” condo at Sugar Beach was excellent. There is ample room, the furnishings are first class, the location is close to the action but not stuck in the middle of the gridlock and St. Andrews State Park which is one of the main reasons that I come to Panama City is just a hop away. The pool was sparkling, the club house is the perfect setting for a beach side barbecue. Mary is the perfect hostess, She went out of her way to accommodate any of our needs. It will become our home away from home.

"Perfect vacation rental for family"
Left on 07/06/2015 for a stay in June 2015
This is a great vacation rental - absolutely perfect for a family especially if you have four-legged children which we do. The house was laid out perfectly for guests. Lots of sleeping places. The beds were comfortable and clean - even the small bed in the sleeping alcove was comfortable according to my adult son. There were lots of dishes, towels, and cooking spices, etc. The best part about the house was the pool. It was the perfect size and was covered. We stayed in the pool a big part of our trip. The beach was also just a short walk away. There were many restaurants close by as well as convenience stores. The house was just perfect for us - and Elizabeth makes sure that your stay is what you want. I hope to stay here again and I would definitely recommend it for others. Maybe not too much so it will be available when I want to come again!! HA!
"NICE, CLEAN, BEACHFRONT & OCEAN VIEW!! What more could you ask for?"

Very nice unit! We stayed there from the 13th-20th oh June. It was great! Nice, clean, well stocked with everything. Easy check-in, easy access to the beach and pool. The beach is not crowded at all not are the pools. Very fast elevators! It is very close to St. Andrews Park, which is a must to visit. We traveled with our 2 children (16 girl & 13 boy) & our 2 small dogs.
Pet Friendly!!! If you take your furbabies with you like I do on vacation, this is a wonderful unit for you too! There is a VERY large doggy walk area! Although pets are not allowed on the beach here, right down the road at the pier they are. Oh, also, they are allowed at St. Andrews Park too (seriously you need to visit). Now, for you non-pet owners. I have a very sensitive nose. I can smell the slightest of things. This Unit smells as if there has never been a dog there! I have a male Shih Tzu and female Yorkie that both go crazy when they smell other dogs. The only thing they were drawn to was the carpet in the bedroom. Not that is smelled at all to us humans but to my babies it did. Nothing else distracted them and that is very unusual. PCB Fl. Resorts have a PHENOMENAL HOUSEKEEPER!
As for the negative review above, do not let that deter you at all. I honestly think they are just sour grapes. The bed was the most comfortable bed my husband and myself have ever slept on (actually I was wanting to ask what it was, we forgot to look before we left). Neither of us woke up sore or stiff like usual. We slept like the kids were at Nana's for the...
"Home away from home"
Left on 06/25/2015 for a stay in June 2015
This was our 4th year at Pinnacle Port and our favorite unit to date. The location is wonderful for families. Our total group ranged from 76-3 years. Proximity to the beach and pools is very convenient. This condo was very comfortable. I am sad to see it is not available for our usual dates next year, or we would be reserving it right away.
