Lovely and cozy Townhouse + Panoramic Balcony

This is a 14th century town house with a lovely balcony overlooking picturesque medieval streets and rolling countryside. Perfect to relax and sit outside with a good italian wine!Ideally located in the heart of Umbria, in the historic center of Panicale, Italy.

The apartment derives its name from being situated in the same piazza as the 14th century Palazzo del Podesta, the ancient seat of the rulers of Panicale.The restoration of the apartment was completed in April 2002, using local artisans, iron-smiths, and stonemasons, it has been lovingly restored with great attention to preserving its authenticity and charm, while it also offers all the modern conveniences. The Podesta' is owned by Aldo & Daniela Gallo, the owners of Panicale's very popular Bar Gallo. And the rest of the family have a cozy and lovely Osteria in the main Piazza where you can have fantastic dinners al fresco and delicious 'italian food'!!!

If you come to us, YOU'LL BE TRAITED AS PART OF OUR FAMILY!! And we can propose you our special dinners to our Osteria and our lovely Cappuccino to our Bar Gallo in the main Piazza of Panicale.

Accommodating up to max 3 people, and nestled against the Etruscan walls surrounding the village (dating from the second century BC), it is moments away from the central piazza. All amenities, including grocery stores, backery, bars, restaurants, cafès, Bank with ATM, movie theatre, churches and museums are within a two to three minutes walking distance.

FREE PARKING SPACE: 1 minute walking distance from the house. ( Just outside the gates)

Ground floor: Main entrance hall,double bedroom with bathroom.

Internal staircase to: First floor: Living room with sofa bed and thermo- wood fireplace/dining room/ corner equipped kitchen with table and 4 chairs,bathroom with shower.

There are: fridge, electric oven, microwave, coffe maker, hot plot, washing machine, satelite tv and stereo system. Thermo wood fireplace. WI-FI Internet broadband.

The price includes: Accomodation for max 3 people, expenses of electricity, hot water, gas cooking, bath and bed linens provided, use of the equipped kitchen, use of the washing machine, , microwave, electric oven.

The house is cozy and comfortable and It is really centrally located, 2 steps from the main Piazza of Panicale. We can propose to our guests a goo price for long term but also for shor term, and enjoy the balcony with a lovely view all around.
