On the top of the hill of patong ,in quiet an residential area ,the villa has a fantastic view over patong bay and the sea,you are at 5 minutes from the beach and the centre of patong by car or bike,the villa is in tropical garden,you have private edge pool
In the villa you have all the comfort ,and maid and guardian stay near the villa for your pleasure
he make cleaning every 2 days ,change linen and towel, private pool is cleaning every week,gardener
come also,all for your security alarm+safe +guardian
You have American kitchen with all for make cooking if you want
you have four relax chair near the pool and SALA

“Baiyok Villa”
Wonderful and peaceful house located on the hill of Patong. Great place to stay with our "big" children (12, 15 and 16). Everything was just perfect for the 7 of us! The house and the swimming pool are big, comfortable and the view on Patong Bay is incredible! Perfect complete cleaning (house, bed and towels) every second day. Mr Pom was very nice and helpful. He leaves next to the house and is taking care of everything :Service of laundry, cleaning, etc...He really facilited our life;) Richard, the owner, rent motorcycles and order the bus from and to airport for us. We spent great time in that lovely place... Close to Paradise!!!

Response from the owner Dear sir First i was very surprise by your review because it is the first time since many year i do not receive A review like that (look old review) .you most critical is the villa is too far from the center of patong and the beach .when you booking the villa you know exactly where is the villa on the top of the hill of patong you can see on the site where is exactly the villa .i send you also a map and also situation on google map. If you find villa with tropical garden (1100 sqm) sea view in center of patong or near the beach tell me I give you one week free. Also we have service for moto bike and I have a lot of customers used this service and nobody was dead . You tell also the bedrooms are old the villa building in 2003 and 2004 renovation with new painting every 3 years .look the photos of the bedrooms old! We by new furniture 2 year ago. No tv in the bed room it is not hotel you have large modern tv in the living with satellite. No air cond only in each bedrooms , the living and kitchen have fan for open on the terrace. No drink no food we are not a hotel we give you free water you can find restaurant about 4 minutes in foot outside the residential aera .your blame also is the service I remember to you , pick up you in the aiport you give wrong hour and my taxi wait you during more 1 hour because you make a mistake in your arrival. One thing more I am not in phuket I live in France and I call you you tell me the villa is too far only that .i do not see you you see only my thai staff mr pom I know he do not speak good english but he look kind .the next time do not booking a villa booking hotel it was better for you . “Peaceful location, well maintained house and we love the private pool!”
The private pool was perfect for us all to enjoy everyday we were there, whilst catching the beautiful views of Patong Beach. The road to the house is rather steep, with our own rented car, it was an adventure of its own getting to and from the house, but fun indeed. Staff on site is very friendly and helpful, he cleaned and provided clean linen every second day and was always there to answer our needs. We had an extra child and the owner provided us an extra bed at no extra cost. The balcony was where we spent most of our time, drinking and eating whilst seeing fireworks from the beach. The living room does get rather hot as it is the only room with no air conditioning, that'd be a nice addition. The house is not walking distance to any shops or restaurants, renting your own car is highly recommended. Overall, we had a great time in a very quiet location and would recommend and return again.
