It is a beautiful extended villa in two floors. In involvement 'and the ground floor.
The location of the villa and 'perhaps the most beautiful in the whole of Pefkos region.
The villa is located right on the sea (the garden separates the house from the beach), in a beautiful well equipped sand beach.
The place '; most quiet, is to incirca 300 meters from Pefkos shopping center and about 3km from Lindos.
It has an ambling garden and a wonderful barbeque.
The living room and the two bedrooms are in direct communication with the garden.
The living room and one bedroom have views of the sea.
It has a very large kitchen Completely equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine is espresso-capuccino (Nespresso) and coffee filter etc.
