Located in the middle of the eastern coast of the beautiful island of Rhodes, in the outskirts of Pefki resort are the newly built and luxuriously decorated Pefki Sea View Villas. With the nearest sandy beach being only a 2 minute walk (approximately 50 metres), the property features stunning seaside views, from the numerous balconies and terraces.
Constructed with its own swimming pools, BBQ's and many other facilities, among lavish gardens, the villa can surely provide the ideal accommodation choice for an unforgettable holiday. Mostly suited for: families, groups of friends/couples and even up to groups of families or wedding parties (capacity: 12 persons maximum).
The villa can be easily converted into 2 independent 3-bedroom villas, each with its own kitchen, bathrooms and living area. Therefore, it is ideal for 2 families, going on holidays together, but still seeking autonomy. It is also suitable for larger groups of friends or even wedding parties.
In total, there are: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. In the gardens, you will find a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool.
Situated in an exclusive area, but in the close vicinity of must-see locations such as: the historic Lindos, the quiet village of Lardos or the popular Pefki resort, with activities nearby such as: watersports, mini-golf and go-karts, Pefki Sea View Villas are the optimal base for both a relaxed and an activity packed holiday.
All modern facilities provided such as: free WiFi, Jacuzzi baths, smart flat screen tvs, dvd players, multiple air condition units, fully equipped kitchens etc. our villa will make you feel comfortable and relaxed in your home away from home.

“11 friends on tour. Mixed group”
On our way to the airport after a beautiful, relaxing week in Pefki sea villa. Everything we needed. Bus stops for both ways right outside.

“Slightly Disappointed”
We have just come back from this Villa , after having it cancelled last year due to Covid restrictions. It was booked originally, for all my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. We were looking forward to us all being together at last in this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location with amazing sea views. We had the 2 adjoining villas that slept 12 plus a cot for baby. However, l feel it would have been enjoyed a lot more if, there weren't so many things that needed repair. Vassilis had told me to inform him of anything l wasn't happy with, and he was a friendly man. I mentioned that the toilet seat was loose , which he apparently was aware of, yet, it didn't get fixed. There were a couple of plug sockets that were loose and on one, you could see wires. Again , this didn't get fixed. There was also a loose handrail going upstairs , and in one of the bedrooms, there were no knobs on the drawers in the wardrobe. I mentioned the fact that the water in the kitchen tap just trickled out, so took ages to either fill kettle or, do any washing up in the sink, it probably only needed a new washer, but, again didn't get fixed. I expected to have the pool cleaned whilst we were there, and maybe sheets and towels changed, but, none of these were done. Which made me wonder what was actually included in the cost of renting the villa. On the last day too, there was no water during the afternoon. Couldn't have a shower, or, use the flush. I did contact Vasillis to tell him, and he said it would come on later. On this occasion, he arrived about 10 minutes later, and the water came back on. He has his own water storage system which he was proud of as he maintained he was able to provide water to the villas unlike neighbouring villas, so l suspect maybe it had been turned off. Also, when we went to use the cutlery in one of the villas, we found them to be dirty, l would have thought everything would have been checked inbetween changeovers. I was disappointed as l had been looking forward to this for over a year, and it didn't live up to my expectations and, definitely didn't reflect the price l paid. However, despite these niggles, the views were great and although in disrepair, it was big enough to house us all, the weather was glorious, l just would have enjoyed it more , had there not been so many faults within.

“Great Villa for Familes”
Had the best time with my family and extended family. Accommodation was clean and had everything you needed for self catering holiday. Plenty of cooking items to use, washing machine, Outside BBQ with utensils. Great size swimming pool. Short walk to beach, bars, supermarkets. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with. Even quick to come to the villa when we set of the alarm at 9pm. Would love to go back again.
