Description

An old Rural House, recently restored, situated in the North of Portugal, 50km from Porto, in Abragão, municipality of Penafiel. It is settled in a calm location with a large garden and a traditional bathing tank, featuring some fruit trees and vegetables. Next to theTamega river, with beaches on the river. It is inserted in a Romanesque Route inviting to make historical tours to inspiring places. It´s next to towns with good tourist and cultural possibilities and good local food, as Penafiel, Marco Canaveses and Amarante, where there is also a beautiful golf field. For going with kids you have a fantastic park Magikland in Penafiel to pass one day.

Good access to the Douro river valley.

It Includes 3 areas, 1 Loft apartments which can accommodate 3 guests, other for 4 guests and a studio for 1. All the house can accommodate 8 guests.

Muito bem situada para conhecer o Porto pela proximidade do Metro. Acesso próximo à Casa da Musica, Museu de Serralves, Parque da Cidade e às praias da Cidade e de Matosinhos. A Casa foi restaurada tendo respeitado a sua arquitectura tradicional , mas com naturais sinais de modernidade e de maior conforto. O jardim muito bonito com um bom tanque de pedra para uns bons banhos, e o espaço reservado para colocar as viaturas são aspectos que a valorizam. Bom acesso ao Porto, ao vale do Douro e a algumas praias fluviais. Muito boa gastronomia local e bons vinhos.
