Each has been designed and furnished to an extremely high specification with all modern amenities.
Situated in a private gated community and surrounded by landscaped grounds and gardens, the property offers an excellent base from which to enjoy all that the Algarve has to offer. Zoomarine, the nature reserve at Salgados, miles of unspoilt beaches and the new Faldo golf course are all within five kilometres. Or you might simply want to lay back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and pool at your doorstep. The villa is ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing stay for couples and friends.
The close proximity to everything from the Algarve Shopping experience to the golf courses and water parks allows choice for everyone. And if you fancy some lively nightlife Albufeira is no more than ten minutes drive and easily accessible by car, bus and taxi.

“fabulous family holiday!”
we have stayed in this property 3 times and have found it perfect for a relaxing family holiday. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance in Pera and a supermarket a short drive away. It takes about 40 minutes to drive there from the airport.. The apartment block is modern, clean, secure and the pool with access directly from the french windows of the apartment is perfect. There is plenty of space to lounge around the pool and no shortage of sun loungers. A car is essential if you want to visit beaches, towns and other tourist attractions. It is inexpensive to eat and drink out and supermarket prices are generally less than in the UK. Alcantarilha is a pretty little town within walking distance of Pera that has a quaint Bone Chapel and nice bars. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the Algarve, the beautiful beaches, and recommend it as a great, inexpensive holiday destination - we definitely plan to go back.

“Lovely townhouse on well maintained complex”
The town house has everything you would need for your holiday - ample cooking equipment, pots and pans etc. The house is not full of the owners personal stuff which was definitely to our liking. Plenty of clean towels are provided which was great so you didn't have to keep washing them. The house is very spacious and clean, there were only two of us but a family would be very comfortable. The free WiFi and UK TV channels was also a plus. The complex is very well maintained and looks new, the pool was lovely and clean (although a bit cold). Picking up the key on arrival is a bit of a pain as it's in the town before Pera, but a minor point. The house is well located the nearest beach is 5 minutes drive and the main town of Amerca de Pera 10 minutes which has more beaches, restaurants etc. There is an Aldi within 5 minutes drive or a large shopping complex with a large supermarket within 10 minutes prices are reasonable in both but Aldi is cheaper. Keith (the owner) was most helpful and informative. We would most definitely stay again if we were visiting this part of the Algarve.
