Description
This small apartment is on a 1928 historical building and it has been completely renewed in 2013. The front looks over Via Cacciatori delle Alpi and it is 200 meters from the escalator to the Historical Centre, which you can reach with a 2 minutes walk. It is also very close to the Abbay of San Pietro (12 min. walk) and the Church of San Domenico (5 min. walk). The S.Anna Railway Station and the bus Station are two minutes away and, during Umbria Jazz, the entrance to the main stage is just the other side of the road. We are not afraid to say that this apartment is perfectly placed for enjoying Perugia and it is ideal for visits to all the surrounding area. On the back, a nice garden will let you dine outside very conveniently in summer and, if you do not feel like cooking, bar, restaurants and tea rooms are all within a comfortable five to fiftheen minutes walk.
We have redecorated and refurnished this apartment to provide you with maximum comfort. The apartment door enters into the hallway, which leads to all the rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, shelves and window to the rear. The living room has a dining area with table, shelves with the LCD TV, DVD player, DVDs and some books. A sofa bed (double) makes this apartment perfect for a family of four people. An extra bed may be provided on request for families of five. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the bathroom is light, with window, shower and usual facilities.
All bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi internet connection is available for free.
A car is not necessary, but public parkings are nearby.
