Description

La tenuta è composta da un bellissimo Casale-Villa di origini settecentesche e da altri Casolari o Cottages indipendenti e distanti l’uno dall’altro.

Dispone di 4 appartamenti o ville singole e una grande camera Junior suite. Gli alloggi sono stupendamente ristrutturati nel rispetto delle tradizioni umbro-toscane con parquet, cotto e legni di castagno. Particolare cura è stata prestata ai mobili, al punto che in alcuni di essi si possono trovare pezzi originali di antiquariato. Le unità abitative dispongono di cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e caminetto funzionante. Hanno una o due camere da letto matrimoniali molto grandi con la possibilità di aggiungere 3 e 4 letto. Tutte le unità sono dotate di riscaldamento autonomo, tv satellitare, servizi indipendenti e bagno con doccia o con vasca idromassaggio.

Appartamento Baita di circa 40 m.q. con soggiorno camera molto grande, c‘è anche un delizioso camino, cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno privato e televisione satellitare con decoder digitale.

E‘ un casolare a se stante con giardino completamente attrezzato con tavolo e seggiole e sdraio da esterno che si estende da ambo le parti. Ha una bellissima vista sulla vallata sottostante.

Può ospitare fino a 2 adulti + 1 ragazzo o adulto (in letto matrimoniale e singolo con reti a doghe di legno e materassi ortopedici).

Il parco privato e gli appartamenti

Il parco privato di alberi secolari e piante meravigliose colora il giardino e profuma l‘aria dall‘inizio della primavera fino alla fine dell‘estate. Il parco è curato con la massima attenzione ed è perfetto per passeggiate e giri in bicicletta nella massima privacy. La piscina privata panoramica senza cloro chimico, si trova in mezzo a questo paradiso e misura 14x5 m. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare ombrelloni e comodi lettini intorno ad essa. Giardino e piscina si illuminano la sera creando una meravigliosa atmosfera. Barbecue esterno per stare in compagnia e assaporare tutti insieme la bella vita Umbra.
