Description
Immerso nel verde delle colline umbre, in posizione panoramicissima, tra Perugia e Assisi, il nostro è un antico casale del 1200 completamente ristrutturato e suddiviso in 5 caratteristici appartamenti case-vacanza completamenti arredati e completi di ogni comfort. E' circondato da un magnifico giardino con rose e ulivi, all'interno del quale è situata una bellissima e panoramica piscina corredata da ombrelloni e lettini. Per i nostri "piccoli ospiti" abbiamo allestito una bella area giochi in giardino (con altalene, scivoli, casetta, tavolino, bigliardino, ecc.).
Il casale si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto a molte città di particolare interesse turistico (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, ecc.). Inoltre siamo a pochi passi dall'aeroporto di Perugia (S. Francesco d'Assisi) scalo di linee internazionali low cost (Ryanair, ecc.).
I nostri 5 appartamenti case-vacanza sono di varie metrature e molto confortevoli, tutti con vista sulla splendida valle umbra. Sono ben arredati e dotati di servizio privato, angolo cottura attrezzato, biancheria da bagno, da letto, da tavola. riscaldamento, ventilatori a soffitto, tv, connessione internet. L'appartamento più grande (chiamato IL SUBASIO) è fornito anche di lavastoviglie, dvd, forno elettrico, camino, aria condizionata.
Al piano terra, vi troverete una cucina ben attrezzata e una sala con grande camino, un’altro soggiorno, e una sala di pranzo con tavoli e sedie per poter cucinare e mangiare tutti insieme.
Ampio parcheggio interno alla recinzione. Connessione internet WiFi Mesh 6.0 gratuita in tutti gli ambienti.
Per i nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione un locale lavanderia e stireria (con lavatrice e asse e ferro da stiro), utilizzo completamente gratuito.
Per tutti coloro che si vogliono improvvisare pizzaioli, è possibile anche utilizzare un magnifico forno a legna situato nel nostro caratteristico cortile; per chi invece preferisse la brace, abbiamo un grande barbecue in muratura, situati nel giardino con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all'aria aperta.
Per quanto riguarda i pasti, qualora non vogliate cucinare, siamo convenzionati con due vicini ristoranti/pizzerie dove è possibile cenare a prezzi modici e poter gustare la cucina tipica umbra.
Il nostro è il luogo ideale dove soggiornare a contatto con la natura in un ambiente amichevole, rilassante e piacevole.
Oltre all'ospitalità familiare, troverete anche ottimi e preziosi consigli per rendere piacevole ed interessante il vostro soggiorno.
I nostri 5 appartamenti sono così chiamati:
IL CUCINONE con 2-5 posti letto. Situato al primo piano, è un grande monolocale di mq. 50 costituito da un ampio ambiente molto alto, con un caratteristico soppalco ed un romantico balconcino che affaccia sul giardino e dal quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato. E' costituito da un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto singolo, un soppalco con 2 letti singoli, bagno con finestra, angolo cottura completamente attrezzato.
GLI ULIVI con 5 posti letto. Situato al primo piano del casale, offre una splendida vista sull'ampio giardino di ulivi e rose, dove è collocata la piscina. E' un caratteristico bilocale di mq. 42 costituito da zona notte con letto matrimoniale, divano letto singolo, cameretta con 2 letti singoli, bagno, zona giorno con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato.
L'ORTO con 2-5 posti letto. Situato al piano terra con ingresso indipendente, ha un cortiletto privato per piacevoli cenette all'aperto. E' un caratteristico bilocale di mq. 42 costituito da una camera matrimoniale molto ampia, divano letto singolo, bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato e divano letto da due piazze. Utilizzabile anche da persone disabili.
IL CORTILE con 4-7 posti letto. Situato al primo piano del casale, è un trilocale di mq. 65 costituito da camera matrimoniale e divano letto singolo, camera con 2 letti singoli (a richiesta può diventare un'altra matrimoniale oppure ci si può aggiungere un altro letto singolo), bagno, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e angolo cottura completamente attrezzato.
La suite IL SUBASIO con 9 posti letto. L'appartamento si sviluppa all secondo piano con una superficie di circa mq. 80 ed è costituito da: un'ampia camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto matrimoniale, un soppalco con letto matrimoniale, bagno, un salotto con TV. Inoltre l'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento.
