Description

This building dates back to 1700, completely made of stone, was inhabited by a local farming family until about 1920, then became home to an elementary school until 1942, then suffered severe devastation during World War II with subsequent abandonment for many years. The current owner bought it in 1983 and completely renovated in 1986, respecting those who are constructive policies. Then stone for the walls, with fillings to face vista, fixtures made of precious wood, chestnut and wrought iron gates, terracotta flooring and brick arches. The House is spread over 4 floors, with very large rooms and very sunny, at the entrance there is a characteristic porch where you can dine while observing the old fortress of the village, a beautiful living room with fireplace, welcomes guests, later the kitchen, fully furnished with solid wood furniture, large bedroom and bath complete the entrance floor. Climbing the stairs will take you to the beautiful attic with bathroom and panoramic terrace (hence its name), which offers a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.

The House is spread over 100 m2, and is as follows: entrance, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor, bathroom, bedroom and terrace on the first floor.

The House has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms, 1 covered terrace 1 porch. availability for 4 guests. Children from 1 to 11 years (max 2) pets allowed 1. Electricity, gas, and water are included in the price. Parking at 50 meters. Not suitable for the handicapped
