Description
A 3 bedroom detached bungalow situated in the heart of Pevensey Bay seaside village, being within a short walk to the pebble beach and local shops and amenities. Enclosed garden. Driveway parking. Pets permitted. Gas central heating. Double glazed. Dogs permitted subject to t's and c's. Children welcome.
The bungalow comprises: Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge including freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, table with 4 permanent chairs and 2 folding (guest seats), front aspect living room: 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi Broadband, electric log effect burner, rear aspect master bedroom with built in wardrobe, dresser and king size bed, rear aspect single bedroom with built in wardrobe and bunk beds (please note the bottom bunk is designed to take an adults weight whereas the top is designed for a child's weight), chest of drawers, side aspect double bedroom with small double bed and built in wardrobes and dresser, rear aspect bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, wash hand basin and WC, rear garden laid to lawn and paved patio area, enclosed.
n.b. if you are bringing dogs you should always check you are sure that your dog/s cannot escape/jump the boundary fences as the landlord will not be held responsible should this occur.
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles
Holiday makers will have the benefit of using the front part of the garage for storing pushbikes/kayaks etc if required. The outside/patio furniture is also stored in there along a parasol umbrella.
Gas central heating, Double glazed windows.
Pets are permitted, as long as they have been treated with flea prevention treatment at least 2 days before they arrive and you do not allow them on the furniture. Wipeable dog beds are provided for your use.
Bed linen is provided
Hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided but you will be required to bring your own beach towels if needed.
Washing machine and dishwasher are available for holiday makers use, please note that you will need to supply you own washing powder and fabric conditioner and dishwasher tablets.

“The Dinghy Pevensey Bay”
We had a fantastic stay in The Dingy, Bay Road Pevensey Bay. The bungalow had all home comforts and a safe garden for our Jack Russell Poppy . Two minutes walk from the beach and shops.The bus stop was seconds away where you could catch the bus to Eastbourne to the West or Hastings to the East .There are plenty of things to do and see in the area , castles , beautiful seaside resorts and much more. ,

“Close to beach, great for dogs”
We had a great week at this property, perfect for the dogs and so close to the sea. My 8 year daughter loved being so close to the beach, Stoney beach but plenty of sand when the tide went out.

“Good location, close to beach.”
One of the best properties we have stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. As well as being close to beach, shops, takeaways etc were nearby.

“Clean, well equipped and good location for access to the beach.”
With only a 2 minute walk to the beach, this property is well placed, with equal distance to the local amenities. The property itself is nicely equipped with everything you could possibly want. Even the dogs are well catered for here. We connected with The Dinghy, as it has a beach/boat theme running through it and as sailors, we felt very much at home.

“Lovely bungalow in beautiful location”
Thoroughly recommend the house and the location for a holiday. Beautiful beach literally one minute away. Lots and lots to do in the area.
